General Terms and Conditions
Event Organiser: These events are run by Underground Events Ltd.
Terms and Conditions are Binding. Tickets to Events are sold or given and admission to the Event is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Event Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by Underground Events Ltd (Event T+Cs). By purchasing an Event ticket you agree to be bound to the Event T+Cs which can be found on event and ticketing pages.
These are general terms and conditions. Please read event terms and conditions under select tickets available.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy: There will be no refunds on tickets except where required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You can however transfer tickets (see next clause).
No refunds or other compensation will be given if an advertised speaker is changed or cancelled. The Event Organiser reserves the right to change, add, withdraw or substitute speakers and sessions in the Event line-up, vary the advertised programme.
Subject to this clause, the Event Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage or compensation as a result of the Event being cancelled, postponed, relocated or changed for any reason.
There will be no refund of any unused portion of an Event Ticket if you or your invitees decide not to attend part or all of the Event.
Your Personal Information: We may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. As the Event Organiser, we may need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act 1993. If you have any questions about how we will handle your personal information please contact us via hello@undergroundfestival.co.nz. Please note that all payment information is handled by Stripe and subject to their T&C, no information on Credit Cards is collected or stored by Flicket Ltd.
Information on www.undergroundfestival.co.nz is correct at the time of publication. UNDERGROUND Events Ltd reserves the right to alter, without notice, any events, sessions or speakers.
Directions of Event Staff: You must follow the reasonable directions of Event staff as required and comply with the law at all times during the Event.
Animals: animals are not permitted at the Event Site. It is a working farm with cattle and sheep. Service animals may be accepted upon prior approval by the Event Organiser.
Health & Safety: Entry to Event Sites are at your own risk. Events are on working farms with hazards. Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times at the Event Sites; you must stay within the dedicated signposted areas.
Environment: The Event Organiser cares for the environment and community, and the host farms/venues. Please be respectful and place any litter in the bins provided around the Event Site. Be waste and water-wise - leave no trace and leave the farm in a better place than you found it.
Recording and Photography of the Event: Parts of Events will be filmed and photographed for promotional and press purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please make yourself known to a team member.
Photographing and/or Recording of the Event by You: Any professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any detachable lens) used on site must have approval of the Event Organiser via a media accreditation.
Alcohol: Events are licensed – please do not bring alcohol with you. There is no BYO. Only alcohol purchased from bars at the Event may be consumed at the Event Site. If you wish to purchase or consume alcohol, you must have valid proof of age photo ID. You must be of legal age (18 years) to purchase and consume alcohol on the Event Sites.
Drugs: If you are found supplying, consuming or in possession of illicit drugs you will be removed from the Event Site and may be referred to police.
Liability: The services provided by the Event Organiser will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by Part 4 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Apart from such statutory liability, the Event Organiser and the owner and/or lessee of the Event Site/s will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Event Site/s. All such injury loss or damage to person or property is at your own risk.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify the Event Organiser and owner and/or lessee of the Event Site/s against any loss or damage the Event Organiser and/or Event Site/s owner and/or lessee may suffer arising out of your negligence or breach of the Event T+Cs.
Enforceability: Any provision of these Event T+Cs which is or becomes unenforceable shall not invalidate the other provisions of these Event T+Cs.
Please note the list of items we don't permit onsite at Events. This is for the safety and enjoyment of everyone and out of respect for the Event Site owners. Confiscated items will not be returned, replaced or reimbursed. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons.
Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:
• Alcohol not purchased from the Event bar
• Animals (excluding service dogs approved by Event Organiser, such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs).
• Illegal substances
• Flares, fireworks, sparklers explosives, or any fire twirling equipment.
• Flammable liquids.
• Sound systems.
• Drones or other remote control devices (unless approved by the Event Organiser)
• Professional photography equipment (eg telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens; stands or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Event staff to be professional photography equipment).
• Toy guns, water guns or slingshots.
• Unauthorised solicitation materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
• Any other item deemed by Event staff (in their discretion) to be dangerous or offensive or potentially dangerous by Event organisers.
